Computer Ambulance is a family owned and operated mobile computer and IT service business.  We deliver IT support and solutions to the home user as well as small to medium sized businesses. 

Our Mobile Computer Service is designed to relieve you of the hassle of having to pack up your computer and bring it into a workshop when something goes wrong.

Wherever possible we aim to resolve the problem at your home or business premises.  If for some reason the fault with your equipment is not able to be repaired onsite, we’ll bring it back to our workshop where even the most difficult of problems can be tackled.

We take the time to get to know your business and your IT needs. By working together we can design cost effective IT monitoring, maintenance and support packages tailored to suit your requirements.

About Mark Robin

Proprietor

Mark formally started in the computer industry back in 1991 but had been dabbling with his own personal computers since 1985 with a very keen interest in Commodore 64 and Amiga from a young age.  

Mark joined the Computer Ambulance team (formerly Don Quixote Software) as a technician in 1994 and became an equal partner in the business in 2007.  In 2019 Mark became sole proprietor.

Since the start of Mark's career, digital technology has evolved at a rapid rate. The evolution of the microchip has seen huge increases in computer processing power as well as data storage capacity despite their reduction in physical size.

Computer screens have gone from being small, low resolution CRT's to large, ultra high definition LCD panels.

Mark has always been committed to keeping up with this ever evolving technology, updating his knowledge when necessary while expanding his skill set to include network cabling and logic board repairs.

Mark applies a unique combination of knowledge and experience to  investigate and resolve a variety of technical issues across a broad range of computers, laptops and peripheral equipment.
